SUMMER MENU LAUNCHED THIS WEEK

Our summer menu was launched on Tuesday.

Once again, no great changes, more of a nip and tuck. A 'refresh', as they say in showbiz.

Amongst other things, new starters include lemongrass skewered cod cheeks with tomato, avocado and cucumber salad and chicken liver mousse with toasted brioche.

We've also added poached hake fillet in ginger tea broth with wilted bok choi and spinach, grilled WH Frost calves liver with pancetta, sauté new potatoes and peas and rigatoni of roast peppers, garlic and baby Mozzarella to our mains offering.

Desserts have been given a summer revamp.

All we need now is some summer weather. We live in hope.....
